Connect to Health

Health sync is temporarily paused

We’re rebuilding the Health integration to make it more reliable. During this time, workout data won’t sync to Apple Health or Health Connect. Your workouts are still tracked normally inside KBMH – nothing is lost, and sync will resume automatically once the update ships.

Overview

KBMH connects your kettlebell training to the health data you already track – integrating with Apple HealthKit (iOS) and Health Connect (Android).

Health data such as calories burned, steps, and heart rate flows from your devices into their companion apps (Apple Health, Garmin Connect, Zepp, and others), which then sync to HealthKit or Health Connect. KBMH reads from there to enrich each workout.

How workout tracking works

We automatically log the start and end time of each workout part – including warmups. Complete several parts within a few hours and we group them into one full session.

When you train with a smartwatch or fitness tracker (Apple Watch, WHOOP, Strava, Fitbit, and more), it sends heart rate, calories, and other metrics to Apple Health or Health Connect. KBMH then matches that data to your workouts by time – giving you richer insights per session.

Setup and troubleshooting instructions will return here when Health sync is back online.
