Hey, Vadim here.

If you’re sick of guessing what kettlebell workout to do, scrolling Instagram for something that might work, or buying another cookie-cutter PDF plan that looks like it was made in Excel by your cousin in 1998…

You’re gonna love this kettlebell workouts app.

I’m about to break down exactly what the KBMH Kettlebell Workouts App does, why it exists, who it’s for (and not for), what you get for free, and what you get if you subscribe.

Spoiler: it’s not a random-ass workout generator. It’s a full-blown kettlebell training system.

Let’s go.

TL;DR (But Read It Anyway)

300+ FREE kettlebell workouts you can filter by muscle group, level, duration, equipment.
Structured kettlebell programs for every level and goal (3–6 days/week, 40-60 min)
Full kettlebell exercise library with demos, mistakes to avoid, muscle maps
Workout types: EMOM, AMRAP, For Time, Sets/Supersets
Built-in timers, workout tracking, smart stats, HealthKit + Google Fit sync
Active community group for feedback, technique check, support
All designed for training with just one or two kettlebells and minimum space

Why I Built This

I got sick of bouncing between the half-assed EMOM timer app and the workout & kettlebell program notes I wrote to myself in the damn Apple’s Notes app.

I just wanted one place – simple, clean – where all my favorite workouts and programs live.

Something my wife could also use without needing me to coach her through every move.

With video demos, timers, and structure.

Fast forward six months, and boom – it’s a full-blown kettlebell workouts app (and the best one out there, according to the App Store and Google Play).

Packed with features that keep me and tens of thousands of others – consistent, accountable, and fit as hell.

300+ Free Kettlebell Workouts (Yes, Really)

Once you sign up, you can skip onboarding if you want, and tap the “Workouts” tab – you’ll see a massive list of kettlebell workouts.

Short ones, long ones, beginner-friendly, spicy advanced stuff.

You can:

Filter by equipment - 1 bell, 2 bells, or bodyweight (x2 bell coming real soon..)
Sort by workout type - EMOM, AMRAP, For Time, Sets
Choose based on muscle group, time, intensity, or vibe

The workouts range from 10 to over 60 minutes, so you can even stack two or three workouts together if you’re feeling frisky.

The catch? On the free tier you won’t see your workout history, progress, or the guided warmups that come with each workout.

Still – plenty of fire for $0.

Structured Kettlebell Programs (That Don’t Suck)

After you answer a few quick questions during onboarding, like your level, weekly workout schedule, and goals, the app automatically builds a program that fits you best.

If you skip it, no worries. You can still hit the ‘Home’ tab anytime and explore 14+ programs on your own (with new ones dropping every month).

Options include:

3 to 6 days/week
Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced
Strength, Fat Loss, Endurance, Legs/Core Focus, and more

Each workout in the programs consists of:

Active warmup + stretching (~8 min)
One or two main parts (30–50 min total)
Real progression week to week

Most of the programs are 12 week long, and some are ongoing with new workout block everyweek:

So if you’re advanced, check out the weekly-updated 6-day program – the one I follow myself. It gets spicy.

Important: You can’t skip ahead in the program until you finish each week.

Because guess what? Real progress doesn’t come from skipping.

4 Training Styles Built In

Every workout in the app is built around one of these:

EMOM

Do X reps every minute. Rest until the next one. Keeps you accountable. No slacking.

AMRAP

As many rounds as possible. Push your pace, manage fatigue, test your grit.

For Time

Finish a task as fast as you can. Simple. Brutal. Addictive.

Circuits

Perform a superset or circuit, then rest. Great for muscle growth and volume.

All with integrated timers so you’re not juggling between a stopwatch, the exercise video, and the workout.

Workout Tracking + HealthKit

After each workout, you get a full breakdown:
  1. How long it took
  2. Calories burned (if you synced your watch)
  3. Heart rate zones
Plus:
  1. Workout history so you can repeat and beat your PR
  2. Syncs with Apple Health & Google Fit for nerds who love graphs
  3. Easily see trends: frequency, duration, style, etc.

Huge Exercise Library

100+ kettlebell and bodyweight movements. Each with:

Exercise demo videos so you can nail the form

Step-by-step written explanation for quick understanding

Muscle heatmap visuals to show exactly what you’re training (coming this month)

List of common mistakes so you don’t screw it up

Filter by equipment, muscle, complexity, body part, level — whatever you want.

Soon, complex exercises will also include detailed technique tutorials (The team is working on it).

Real Support Group Chat

Inside the app, under “Profile”, there’s a link to our WhatsApp group.

It’s 🔥.

People ask for form checks, share progress, give tips, support each other – and yes, I’m in there too.

You even get to vote on which features and workouts we should add to the app first!

We’ve got people who lost 20+ kg, who can finally swing pain-free, or who just need a push to show up today.

Highly recommend joining if you want that little nudge to keep going.

Build Your Own Workout (Coming Soon)

This one’s still baking.

But you’ll soon be able to:

  • Pick your favorite exercises
  • Choose your workout type (EMOM, AMRAP, etc.)
  • Save it as a custom workout

So if you’ve got that one sick finisher combo – you can make it official.
